Dealing With New Situations

Everybody knows those sleepless nights and days where you just can’t stop thinking. You think about all those bad things which could happen and why you shouldn’t do this or that. The thinking part is the worst and trying to distract yourself is sometimes not that easy. Here are some tips that help me to stop thinking and over worrying stuff :) First of all try to talk about your fears, your thoughts and what else is going on in your mind. Sometimes it is good to hear that you are over thinking and that you should stop worrying so much. Life can be easy and fun, just let it be! Distraction is one key part of stopping to worry. I listen to music (and of course to sing along as loud as I can, equal how wrong it sounds) like a lot! A lot of artist try to work out there feelings in this way (by writing songs) and I can relate to some (so crazy how deep some songs are). Watching movies or series is a great option as well.
