Marble Cake
Alright Guys,
Welcome back to the baking section of my blog.
Marble Cakes are one of the easiest and most delicious cakes I know.
I'm excited for you to try this recipe.
You will need a Bundt Cake Pan for this one.
Prep time: around 10-15 minutes, cooking time: 60minutes
What you will need:
5 Eggs
175g Sugar
125ml Oil
125ml Sparkling Water
1 Sachet Vanilla Sugar
1 Sachet Baking powder
250g Flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
To do:
Preheat the oven to 170°C/340°F
Grease the Bundt Cake Pan.
Mix all the ingredients above together, except of the cocoa powder.
Don't worry, but the mixture is very very runny.
Pure 2/3 of the mixture into the pan.
With the 1/3 of the mixture you put the cocoa powder into it and mix well.
Put the cocoa mixture above the white mixture in the pan.
Use a fork to create the marble effect.
Now pop the cake mixture into the oven and cook for around 60 minutes or till a skewer comes out clear.
Wait 5 minutes before you remove the pan.
Enjoy
