Rhubarb Crumble Cake

So now you are curious how to make this lovely Rhubarb Crumble Cake?
No problem, here’s the recipe:

You will need a 30x40cm baking tray

prep time: 45mins
baking time: 45mins

What you will need:

400g flour
2 teaspoons backing powder
250g butter
90g sugar
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
100ml milk

1kg rhubarb 
30g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

100g flour
100g grounded almonds
60g sugar
100g butter

To do:

For the topping you have to prepare the rhubarb.
Remove the skin from the stalks and cut it into small 2-3cm big pieces. 
In a large bowl you have to add sugar and vanilla sugar to the rhubarb pieces.
Leave aside whilst you make the dough and the crumbles.

Grease your baking tray and preheat the oven to 180°C.
Stir the butter till it looks a lot paler.
In stages add the sugar, the eggs and the salt.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the mixture..
Also in stages add the milk. Add milk till the dough is homogeneous. 
If you don’t need the whole make that’s totally fine.
Roll out the dough onto your baking tray.

Crumbles, Crumbles, Crumblllleeeesssss
Mix the flour with almonds and sugar.
Add the butter and knead with you hands to crumbles. 

Add the rhubarb onto your dough.
On top also add the crumbles.

Now bake for around 45mins.
